Icelandic Horse Actors
These stunning Icelandic horses are trained in a variety of riding disciplines as well as the graceful art of liberty work. We specialize in R+ training methods, that are caried out by their owner and handler, Emmaline Jones. Emmaline is an Anthrozoology Master's student and has been working with the owner of Paid Actor Animal Training since 2018. She is a lifelong equestrian and is guaranteed to bring a high level of professionalism, intellect and patience to your film set.

Fun Facts: Icelandic horses are one of the most ancient breeds, bred by Norse settlers in Iceland dating back over 1,000 years. They are known for their stellar temperaments, bravery, beauty, and gaits that are completely unique to them.
Eimyrja
This young horse is absolutely full of personality and flair. She is comfortable with the sights and sounds of production sets and is an easy traveler. Her liberty work and recall are two of her current "media-ready" behaviors.
Saga
Born in 2018, this young mare has had an extensive career as an accomplished riding horse. The full package of brains and beauty, Saga is extremely brave and sweet, with the most incredible mane and tail.
